The high-resolution version for zoom's finer than 1x1 degree
has been develloped by KNMI and WUR.
Code is part of cycle3, for the moment as the special project:
cy3/proj/hir
Properties:
- Supports interpolation from coarse grids to finer grid, thus
not necessary to create high-resolution meteo immediately.
- Global surface field of 1x1 is now too coarse for the finest regions,
therefore surface fields are now available as meteo arrays for each region.
- Experimental implementation of TIPP emissions.
